End of Software Support
       A version of software which will be not actively maintained by PINpoint Development.
   o    No additional issues/bugs will be recorded in PINpoint’s internal software management system.
   o    Issues or bugs related to that version will no longer be investigated.
       No additional patches will be developed for this software.
       Qualifies for 24/7 support until the End of Life date – support can be purchased and will be provided
        This software cannot be upgraded if maintenance fees are in default. In order to receive an upgrade, the customer must make their support and maintenance subscription current by paying the monthly fees accrued during the period of default. Labor charges related to evaluating, testing and upgrading the existing software may also apply. 
Software End of Life
        A version of software where the source code is archived and is not accessible by development or current development environments.
        This version Does NOT qualify for 24/7 support and support can’t be purchased
       No ‘on the spot’ help will be provided
       This software version cannot be upgraded. The customer would be required to repurchase a current instance of PINpoint software if they wish to continue using the PINpoint solution and purchase a support and maintenance subscription. A new and current version would be provided.
